I’ve meant to share this and squeal about them since…well, since they premiered at New York Fashion Week, but my beauty squee got lost in a shuffle of job hunts and freelance deadlines. 

Anyway, here they are now, if you by some miracle haven’t seen them yet. I love these four pieces in particular, but the whole show was just brilliant. You could see where inspiration was taken from flowers and naturally flowed into honeycomb patterns, bee appliques and a bee keeper-esque hat. The inspiration is at once obvious and subtle, just enough to make an impact but not enough to overshadow the fact that the garments themselves have wonderful shape to them.
